Rustler 41: A New Chapter in Motor Yacht Design

Designed by Tony Castro Yachts, the Rustler 41 features a deep-V planing hull developed to deliver both performance and comfort at sea. With a projected cruising speed of around 25 knots and a top speed of 35 knots, the yacht combines efficient handling with refined motion across a range of conditions.

The design draws on the concept of a modern “gentleman’s launch”—a yacht focused not only on performance, but on ownership experience, quality and timeless appeal.

“This boat is all about pride of ownership—it’s not just a tool or a vehicle you go out in for the weekend.”
— Tony Castro

Built entirely by hand, each vessel is extensively customizable, allowing owners to tailor both interior styling and technical specifications to their preferences.

Flexibility extends to propulsion, with multiple drivetrain options available, while the layout is centred on usability and comfort, featuring a sociable wheelhouse, integrated galley and well-appointed accommodation for extended cruising.

As with all Rustler yachts, the build process is highly collaborative, with owners closely involved throughout to ensure each yacht reflects individual requirements while maintaining the yard’s commitment to quality and detail.

The Rustler 41 represents a natural evolution for the brand—translating decades of boatbuilding expertise into a motor yacht that balances tradition, innovation and performance.
