Galeon 570 Sky Wins World Yachts Trophies 2026 Award
A flybridge adds space, visibility and a second helm. It also adds height, and with it the bulk that separates a cruising yacht from a sports one. The Galeon 570 SKY refuses the trade-off, and on 12 September in Cannes that refusal won it the Best Innovation Award in the 45–64 ft category at the World Yachts Trophies.
THE HELM THAT DISAPPEARS
The newest model in Galeon’s Skydeck line, the 570 SKY conceals its upper helm entirely. An electrically folding console with dedicated driver and passenger seats deploys when needed and disappears when it is not, so the coupé silhouette stays uninterrupted whether the yacht is under way or at anchor.
A PLATFORM ON THE WATER
At deck level, the optional Beach Mode package folds balconies out on both sides, widening the yacht into a leisure platform just above the water. A convertible bar in the portside galley opens the interior through to the cockpit and swim platform, while Carousel Mode adds a hydraulically opening tender garage and a rotating aft seat.
It is the second consecutive year a Tony Castro design has taken Best Innovation at the Trophies, following the Galeon 620 Fly in 2025.
