24m Galeon 780 Crystal

When the 780 Crystal broke cover at the 2011 Cannes Boat Show, it was the largest, most ambitious yacht Galeon had ever attempted — an 80-footer that announced the yard could play on the same stage as the Italians and the British. The statement was made in glass: a coloured hull beneath an almost entirely glazed superstructure, an automatic glass panel roof sliding back over the helm, and saloon doors that fold away to let the main deck run straight out into the cockpit. Up top, the flybridge carried something almost unheard of at this size — a spa pool alongside the sunbeds, wet bar and second helm.
